The Abbey Quarter

The site of the former Smitwicks factory is steeped in history and culture embedded in the heart of Kilkenny City. The conversion of this site is well underway and works are progressing nicely at the Abbey Quarter site. The Brewhouse is beginning to take on its shape and this exciting part of the build gives us an insight into how vast and wonderful this building really is, whilst keeping culture and history in sight! From its outstanding views to the spacious atrium, the Brewhouse is really turning into a state of the art building looking across a fabulous City.  The images below were recently taking (October 2020) and show the works to date.
